HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM UNIT?

There are a few ways you can order a wig. You can purchase one of the units on our custom order page on our site. (Please be sure to read the specifications of the unit before you purchase. After we receive your order, be sure to expect an email within 2 hours of your purchase. You can fill out the custom order form to the best of your knowledge.

IS THE CONSULTATION FREE? YES, THE CONSULTATION IS FREE! HOW LONG IS THE CONSULTATION?

For clients who are avid wig wearers, consultations normally lasts about 15 to 20 mins. Ladies who are used to wearing wigs, don’t usually have a lot of questions. For first time wig wearers, consultation is usually 30-45 mins. This longer time is expected because first time wig wearers usually have a lot more questions and want to be educated on the different types of wigs. We are always happy to answer all our client’s questions. We do advise that you write your questions down so you don’t forget anything during your consultation.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY CONSULTATION?

During your consultation, we talk about the different types of wigs we offer. We access your hairline to decide the best wig option for you (Not everyone has the perfect hairline for a frontal wig). We also measure your head to give you the perfect fitting wig. We also have wigs on hand for you to take a look and try on to get a feel for the units.

WHEN AM I EXPECTED TO MAKE A PAYMENT? DO I HAVE TO PAY IN FULL?

Payments are done during the consultation. For our FULL WIG service, a deposit of at least 50% is to be paid during the consultation. Full balance is paid during wig fitting. For our clients providing their own hair, a deposit of at least 60% is due during the time of the consultation. Full balance is due during the wig fitting. Clients are welcome to pay the balance at any time while the unit is being made.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Cash, Credit Card (there’s a 4% processing fee), Cash app (no fee) and PayPal.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A CUSTOM WIG?

It takes about 5-7 business days. During the times when we have a lot of orders to work on, it could take about 7-10 business days. we make this known during the consultation.

CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN HAIR FOR A UNIT?

Yes, you are more than welcome to provide your own hair.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO HAVE A UNIT MADE IF I PROVIDE MY OWN HAIR?

It takes about 3-5 business days. If we have a lot of orders at the time of your order, it could take 5-7 business days.

DO I GET A FREE BRAID DOWN WHEN I PROVIDE MY OWN HAIR FOR A UNIT DURING THE TIME OF MY WIG FITTING?

The only time clients receive a free braid down during their wig fitting is when its a full wig service.

CAN I PURCHASE YOUR HAIR WITHOUT MAKING A UNIT?

Yes, you are more than welcome.

IF I PURCHASE THE FRONTAL, WILL IT COME ALREADY BLEACHED AND CUSTOMIZED?

No, that is a separate service. You can get more information about prices on our price list page.

HOW LONG IS THE WIG FITTING?

Wig fitting usually takes about 40 mins to an hour. Wig fitting is done when your wig is ready to be worn.

DO YOU OFFER WIG MAINTENANCE?

Yes we do and for the life span of your unit. There is no charge for wig maintenance which is mainly tightening your wig and fixing any possible loose threading that happens over time due to everyday wear.
